Tillandsia ‘Brachycaulos Abdita’ have a short stem which supports many succulent leaves that turn from moss-green to fuchsia in a few days if exposed to the glare of intense sunlight.Due to succulent nature of its leaves it is a tough and dry growing species. The green leaves blush and turn radiant red depending on the intensity of the light they receive and the humidity of the environment.
