The pillow works great and my wife finds it very comfortable. However, the delivery experience was absolutely horrible which would make me really hesitant to order in future. The driver did not follow any of the delivery instructions that I put forth, and when he could not get hold of me by phone because of signal problems due to load shedding he just decided not to deliver, notwithstanding that I was at home waiting for delivery the entire day and if the driver actually followed the instructions he would have been able to make the delivery without even having to contact me by phone. When I proceeded to contact the delivery company who then gave me the contact number of the driver, the driver was so incredibly rude and proceeded from the outset to yelling at me because he could not make delivery, and even after ascertaining that he did not follow the delivery instructions at the first, the driver persisted on resorting to rather verbally abusing me over the phone of how it was my fault that there were delivery delays. Having had such an experience I would prefer to purchase similar products elsewhere.
