Description AGM's 1" Over-center tie down buckle K413 can allow for a tensioning take up of 5/8" and is comprised of alloy steel with a breaking strength of 1,000 lbs. The K413 is the recommended over-center buckle for the obsoleted C413 low-cost 1" over-center buckle. Note: Slots on the side of the lever are for optional safety seal or safety pin.
