This book is designed to guide a postgraduate student of Orthopedics to reach a (differential) diagnosis through clinical methods. It explains history taking, clinical examination, and execution of tests in special situations in a clear and comprehensible manner. The standard textbooks for orthopedics usually do not elaborate the clinical examination and this book is an attempt to fill this gap. The presently available clinical examination books provide insufficient understanding of the clinical concepts. They are more or less a compilation of various tests which the student is expected to cram before the exam.
